Role Summary & ImpactAs an Out-of-Home Manager, you will lead strategic OOH planning and buying across traditional and digital formats. You will manage campaigns from briefing through recommendation, negotiation, production, posting, measurement, and reconciliation, while serving as a key partner to clients, media owners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop OOH strategies based on client objectives, audiences, markets, locations, and the right mix of traditional and digital formats.
- Lead market research, inventory evaluation, RFPs, proposal analysis, and media-owner negotiations.
- Prepare clear recommendations, contracts, budgets, flowcharts, posting instructions, timelines, and creative specifications.
- Manage campaigns through production, installation, posting, proof-of-performance, maintenance, and completion.
- Partner with clients, planning teams, media owners, production vendors, creative agencies, finance, and analytics to deliver campaigns on strategy, on budget, and on time.
- Monitor campaign delivery, resolve posting, production, quality, and billing issues, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Review OOH creative for legibility, scale, viewing environment, and format requirements.
- Present recommendations and campaign results, maintain strong partner relationships, and stay current on OOH market opportunities.
- Manage workflow, review team output, mentor junior staff, and serve as an escalation point.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in OOH planning, buying, investment, or activation.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and digital OOH formats, media owners, market research, location strategy, production, and measurement.
- Experience managing multi-market plans, RFPs, negotiations, budgets, campaign execution, billing, and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with OOH planning and mapping tools is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and coach junior team members.
