Account Manager

Position Overview

As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery, contract renewals, and account growth for HVAC, plumbing, and controls solutions. Build long-term partnerships by addressing needs, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying upsell opportunities to enhance facility efficiency and sustainability.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned accounts, including contract renewals, service delivery oversight, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and propose enhancements.
  • Negotiate and prepare Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PSAs)
  • Coordinate with service, operations, and technical teams to fulfill client commitments.
  • Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities for additional services or retrofits.
  • Prepare account reports, forecasts, and renewal strategies.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to sales support on expansions or new opportunities.

Requirements/Qualifications
