An Account Management professional who has a love of everything client. You're adept at developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and are excited to work with tier one clients on their trade show program and high-end event activations.

A typical day (although no day is typical!):

  • Collaborate with clients daily, delivering high-quality work that exceeds expectations and drives their business forward.
  • Proactively anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Partner with Project Management to align solutions with client goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively identify and new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies that reflect client needs, objectives and goals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent service and proactive engagement.


Who we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of client account management experience.
  • Agency experience is a definite asset.
  • Proven success managing clients in experiential marketing, branded environments or the event industry.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Polished presentation skills.
  • Resourceful, positive and wants to have fun.
  • Awareness of industry trends and client business drivers
  • Ability to travel is a must (including some weekends).

Salary Range: $75K - 95K.

This salary range reflects an assessment of the local market and may vary based on the successful candidate's experience. It represents the base salary only and does not include eligibility for bonus programs or other total rewards.
