Description

TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time Account Manager based in Denver. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own and proactively manage an assigned book of business, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for global clients.
  • Drive the full renewal lifecycle while identifying white-space opportunities to expand Kharon's footprint within existing accounts.
  • Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams to resolve complex inquiries regarding Kharon's data, platform functionality, and integration workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Research teams to translate client feedback into actionable product enhancements, ensuring Kharon's roadmap aligns with market needs.
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of Kharon's data methodology, platform features, and the evolving regulatory landscape to deliver high-impact demonstrations.
  • Systematically track client engagement metrics and health scores, intervening proactively to mitigate churn risk and ensure maximum ROI for the subscriber.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years' experience in account management, customer success, or business development roles; Preferred direct experience within data intelligence, GRC, FinTech/RegTech, or Financial Crimes Compliance (AML/CFT/Sanctions).
  • A demonstrated ability to navigate complex procurement processes and negotiate renewals/contracts effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the "innate comfort" required to lead conversations industry leaders at every level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; the ability to troubleshoot technical hurdles while maintaining a seamless "white-glove" client experience.
  • A high degree of persistence and determination, with a track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to quickly master sophisticated data-driven platforms.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $85,000-$95,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
