Job Summary

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships by understanding business objectives, brand strategies, and growth opportunities within the Body Care category.

  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers, ensuring responsive communication and effective project management.

  • Partner with Creative, Scent Design, Consumer Insights, Marketing, Technical, Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to deliver successful fragrance solutions.

  • Translate customer briefs, consumer trends, and market insights into relevant fragrance recommendations.

  • Support account planning, project strategies, and business priorities that align with customer and organizational objectives.

  • Manage project pipelines, timelines, key milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.

  • Prepare customer presentations, business reviews, and updates that showcase IFF's value proposition and capabilities.

  • Support pricing, forecasting, margin management, and commercial discussions in partnership with commercial leadership.

  • Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in sales, account management, sales support, marketing, product development, fragrance, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, chemical, ingredients, or related industries.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Strong customer relationship management and account development skills.

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused projects and business objectives.

  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities with attention to detail.

  • Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with rigor and agility.
