About the Role

In this position, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by navigating customer renewals, securing upsells and expansions, and fostering strong relationships with our key accounts. You'll be responsible for developing strategic plans to maximize customer lifetime value and delivering accurate forecasts to support our business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Renewal Champion: Drive successful contract renewals for the accounts you're entrusted with, ensuring long-term customer value and recurring revenue.
  • Expansion Expert: Develop and execute strategies to promote growth opportunities within your customer base, increasing their overall value to Finch.
  • Strategic Execution: Partner with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies, identifying and maximizing growth potential.
  • Forecasting Authority: Create accurate and timely renewal and expansion forecasts to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Communication Champion: Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior leadership, providing timely updates and escalations regarding customer relationships and account activity. This includes surfacing win-loss analysis and recommendations on key opportunities.
  • Relationship Builder: Build strong, collaborative partnerships with key decision-makers within your assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor for and extension of their business.


Who You Are
