As an Enterprise Account Manager at Explorance, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact alongside the Enterprise Account Executive for executive stakeholders, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executive, Customer Success, Consulting, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor account health, usage trends, and customer feedback to proactively address risks and opportunities.
  • Negotiate renewals and expansions, ensuring alignment with customer goals and Explorance' s value proposition.


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic sales, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of managing complex accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value.
  • Highly collaborative and willingness to work together through shared ownership of accounts with the Enterprise Account Manager in a pod structure.
