OutSystems is seeking a high-performing, "hunter-closer" Account Manager to join our newly formed Churn Prevention Team. This is a high-visibility, strategic role centered on a "turnaround mandate" to recover, stabilize, and eventually grow our most at-risk enterprise accounts. This role will be part of a dedicated cross-functional squad including a Solutions Architect and Customer Success Managers, with a direct line of reporting to senior sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end commercial recovery of at-risk accounts using structured intervention playbooks.
- Lead restructures involving pricing migrations, competitive threats, and platform rationalization due to M&A.
- Rebuild trust and re-establish the OutSystems ROI and value proposition at the C-suite and VP level.
- Once stabilized, you retain full ownership of the accounts to capitalize on deep relationship equity.
- Identify new business units and use cases to drive long-term ARR expansion.
Account Manager: $110,500 - $134,550 Base Salary

What You Bring- A proven track record in complex SaaS renewal negotiations and managing distressed or at-risk accounts.
- Ability to triage a portfolio based on risk and urgency, utilizing health scoring and adoption metrics to build account-specific save plans.
- Exceptional skills in rebuilding eroded relationships and navigating organizational complexity such as "champion loss" or shifting buying committees.
- Ability to work frictionlessly with a dedicated Solutions Architect and existing CSMs.
- A bias toward action and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-visibility environments.
