The Account Manager partners with our customers and ensure their long-term success. The Account Manager's role is to manage an assigned customer with fleet assets under a maintenance agreement, communicate updates from the customer to support the day-to-day requests, account reporting, account & internal relationships, review and process billing and overall account performance while seeking opportunities to grow.
Pay & Schedule
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000/year (based on experience) plus annual performance-based bonus incentive
Pay Frequency: Weekly pay -- every Friday
Schedule: M-F 6am-2:30pm
Location: Puget Sound, WA (with travel to customer sites)
What You'll Do
- Serve as key contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts, including all business partners, OARs, and executive contract sponsors
- Prepare and present reports on account status and metrics to customers and internal stakeholders
- Review and submit weekly billing; understand invoice details and resolve discrepancies promptly with customers and operations
- Communicate progress and forecast account metrics and initiatives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Assist with high-severity requests and issue escalations as needed
- Identify future opportunities and forecast additional labor headcount needs
- Travel to customer sites around the Puget Sound, WA area
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a national account manager or key account manager, preferably within an equipment fleet business
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (field, executive, and C-level)
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; ability to create and present reports
- Experience processing billing, invoices, work orders, and fleet repairs
- Track record of delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fleet maintenance or automotive industry experience preferred
