Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and expanding client relationships

  • Navigate through complex purchasing processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Identify high-value application cases and assist clients in evaluation and deployment

Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through close and expansion
  • Develop relationships with AI leaders, engineering teams, platform teams, security teams, and executive stakeholders
  • Run product demos and help customers understand how White Circle fits into their AI stack
  • Navigate complex buying processes involving technical teams, legal, procurement, and executive decision-makers
  • Identify high-value use cases and guide customers through evaluation and deployment
  • Work closely with CEO on strategic opportunities
  • Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Help develop the messaging, sales process, and playbooks that will support future growth
  • Drive pipeline, revenue, and customer adoption
We're looking for someone who
  • Has experience selling technical B2B software to enterprise customers
  • Can quickly understand complex technical products and communicate their value clearly
  • Is comfortable speaking with both engineers and executives
  • Can operate effectively without established playbooks or rigid processes
  • Has strong commercial instincts and excellent communication skills
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly
  • Is fluent in English

A big plus if you
  • Have sold AI, infrastructure, developer tools, cybersecurity, cloud, or platform products
  • Have been an early sales hire at a startup
  • Have experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or in another technical role
  • Have founded a company or built something from scratch
What success looks like after 12 months
  • You've closed and expanded strategic customer relationships
  • You've helped establish repeatable sales processes and messaging
  • You've built strong relationships across the AI ecosystem
  • Customer feedback has directly influenced product decisions
  • Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 base
