What you'll do- Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through close and expansion
- Develop relationships with AI leaders, engineering teams, platform teams, security teams, and executive stakeholders
- Run product demos and help customers understand how White Circle fits into their AI stack
- Navigate complex buying processes involving technical teams, legal, procurement, and executive decision-makers
- Identify high-value use cases and guide customers through evaluation and deployment
- Work closely with CEO on strategic opportunities
- Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams
- Help develop the messaging, sales process, and playbooks that will support future growth
- Drive pipeline, revenue, and customer adoption
We're looking for someone who- Has experience selling technical B2B software to enterprise customers
- Can quickly understand complex technical products and communicate their value clearly
- Is comfortable speaking with both engineers and executives
- Can operate effectively without established playbooks or rigid processes
- Has strong commercial instincts and excellent communication skills
- Thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly
- Is fluent in English
A big plus if you- Have sold AI, infrastructure, developer tools, cybersecurity, cloud, or platform products
- Have been an early sales hire at a startup
- Have experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or in another technical role
- Have founded a company or built something from scratch
What success looks like after 12 months- You've closed and expanded strategic customer relationships
- You've helped establish repeatable sales processes and messaging
- You've built strong relationships across the AI ecosystem
- Customer feedback has directly influenced product decisions
- Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 base
