Compensation: $120K base, $240K OTE
The Opportunity

This is a full-cycle Account Executive role on a team that prizes genuine relationship building above polish. The average sales cycle is roughly 34 days with frequent one-call closes, since you are speaking with the actual decision maker from the very first call. You will own deals end to end, closing inbound demand while increasingly driving your own outbound pipeline. Average deal sizes land around $250K with meaningful upside on larger firms, and the work centers on earning trust fast and managing a high-velocity funnel.
Responsibilities
  • Run full-cycle sales, from first conversation through close, often within weeks
  • Build authentic rapport with firm owners and COOs who become long-term partners
