About the RoleWe are hiring an
Account Executive to drive growth and expand Sway's partnerships with brands and retailers. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation and closing high-value deals-while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive customer success.
You will play a critical role in building Sway's sales foundation, developing strategic relationships, and helping shape the company's growth trajectory. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys building meaningful partnerships with complex organizations.
What You'll Do- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, presentations, negotiations, and contract execution
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach, relationship building, and account development
- Identify and engage with brands, retailers, and multi-location businesses to drive new revenue opportunities
- Develop account strategies to expand Sway's presence within key markets and strategic customers
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Partner with clients to understand business needs, operational challenges, and goals to deliver tailored solutions
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a strategic partner throughout the customer journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing customer success
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities to inform sales strategy and positioning
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems
What We're Looking ForRequired:- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of success selling complex solutions
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into solutions
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Results-oriented mindset with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Nice to Have:- Experience selling final-mile logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, technology, or operational solutions
- Existing relationships with brands, retailers, marketplaces, or multi-location businesses
- Experience selling into operations, supply chain, retail, or logistics teams
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup or scaling company
- Experience managing strategic accounts and driving expansion revenue

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 125,000 USD per year (Hybrid/Remote)
