Major Tasks and Responsibilities- Identifies and capitalizes on new business opportunities to broaden the client portfolio and boost revenue growth
- Analyzes client goals and challenges to recommend tailored solutions that effectively meet their needs.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Formulates and executes targeted client retention and expansion strategies aimed at fostering long-term, profitable relationships.
- Leads contract negotiations and closes sales deals to achieve and surpass established performance targets.
- Creates and presents sales presentations and proposals that align with client objectives and drive interest.
- Maintains accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project milestones to inform future strategies.
- Monitors market dynamics, competitor movements, and industry trends to identify potential growth avenues and adapt strategies accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales or transportation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.
Salary Range: $76,700.00 - $95,500.00 annually, based on experience. This position is bonus eligible.
