About the job Account Executive
Job DescriptionWe are hiring our first dedicated US commercial Account Executive to own and grow that motion.
This is a hunter's role. You build pipeline and close it: through our partners (One Identity, Microsoft, AWS, and a network of advisory and MSP firms) and through your own outbound. You run deals end to end, from first conversation to signed work, and help shape our offers as we scale.
What you will sell- Identity governance and access (IGA/PAM), built on One Identity.
- Cloud migration and modernization on AWS and Microsoft.
- Governed AI and data enablement, tied to real business outcomes.
- Each starts as a fixed-scope engagement and grows into long-term managed services.
What we are looking for- 7+ years selling cybersecurity, identity, or cloud services to mid-market or enterprise, carrying your own number.
- A self-starter who generates pipeline, ideally as an early or first commercial hire.
- Comfort selling both through partners (co-sell, referrals) and direct.
- Credibility with CISO and CIO buyers and the compliance drivers (HIPAA, NYDFS, NAIC) that move budgets.
- US-based and able to travel to clients and partner events.
Compensation and logisticsBase $148K-$164K plus uncapped commission; on-target earnings around $250K-$260K, with real upside beyond
Profit-share / ownership participation. This is a founding role and the package reflects it.
Remote-first, US-based, with travel.
