Account Executive, ERP Solutions (Territory: Canada East and US Northeast)

Location: Remote - Canada East (open to applicants residing in ON, QC, NB)
Language: Bilingual in French (minimal conversational proficiency) and English.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in ERP sales or enterprise software sales
Travel: Travel required. Must be eligible to travel to U.S. for events and conferences.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle for net-new SAP Business One opportunities, developing and executing strategies that generate pipeline, win new clients, and exceed revenue targets.
What You'll Do:
- Drive New Business Growth: You will be the face of our brand, leading the sales of SAP Business One solutions to net-new clients through strategic prospecting, networking, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Build & Expand Your Network: Develop strong relationships within the ERP technology and business communities through industry events, partner engagement, referrals, social selling, and professional networking activities to create new business opportunities.
- Build & Manage Pipeline: Develop territory account plans, generate and qualify leads, maintain accurate forecasting, and manage pipeline activity through CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Collaborate Across Team: Partner closely with BDRs, SDRs, Solution Consultants, Marketing, Leadership, and cross-functional teams to maximize pipeline generation and sales success.
- Deliver Impactful Presentations: Craft compelling value propositions, solution proposals, and executive presentations that translate ERP technology into meaningful business outcomes.
- Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
What We're Looking For
An experienced sales professional who has a strong hunter mentality, a track record of winning new business, and highly driven by performance, achievement, and commission-based earnings.
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful ERP or enterprise software sales experience, ideally within the SMB market.
- Must be bilingual in French (minimal conversational proficiency) and English.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building reliable pipelines across geographies.
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to build trusted relationships from operational leaders to executive stakeholders.
- Experience or familiarity with ERP solutions such as SAP Business One, MS 365 Business Central, NetSuite, Acumatica, or Quickbooks, is an asset.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value through confident presentations and discussions.
- Must be eligible to travel to the United States.
