About The PartnerStack Team:

This role is on AppDirect's partner network team (PartnerStack) - the platform that powers how B2B software companies find, activate, and grow their partner ecosystems. The team builds the two-sided marketplace that connects vendors with the right partners and helps partners discover programs worth their time, handling everything from matching and onboarding to activation at scale. It's a high-impact product space at the center of how modern B2B companies go to market through partners rather than direct sales alone.

About you and the role

As an Account Executive, you won't just be selling a product; you'll be a strategic consultant to fast-growing software companies. You will manage the entire sales process with a highly consultative approach, helping potential clients understand the power of partnerships and how PartnerStack can fuel their growth. You are the engine of our expansion, taking ownership of your success while collaborating across teams to win.

What you'll do
  • Drive the entire consultative sales process from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing key new accounts
  • Craft and present powerful demonstrations that clearly articulate PartnerStack's value proposition, aligning our solution with the unique business challenges and goals of prospective clients
  • Expertly navigate client questions and handle objections with credibility and empathy, establishing yourself as a trusted expert in the partnerships space
  • Meticulously build, manage, and forecast an accurate sales pipeline to drive predictable revenue growth
  • Win a Collaborate closely with our Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to build winning strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey from day one

The salary band listed below reflects the expected annual base salary or OTE (on-target earnings) for this role at AppDirect and may be subject to change.

Base salary or OTE is just one component of AppDirect's total compensation package. In addition to base pay, regular employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and a full range of benefits.
