About The Role:Swayable is looking for a high-performing Director for our emerging Account Management team to lead relationship development, retention, growth, and expansion for our existing roster of clients. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Client Success, and Revenue Operations to help uncover opportunities and marshal the right resources to meet them.
What You'll Do:- Build strong relationships with our enterprise and strategic clients, including in person, ensuring the profitability and growth of existing client accounts
- Identify and develop ways to support your clients by bringing the best of Swayable's products and pushing our product development as needed
- Help win pitches by demonstrating how to solve the client's problems with your brand background and Swayable's platform
- Ensure client satisfaction, added value, and continued usage
- Maintain a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting accounts, and developments in the wider marketing and advertising industry
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on expansion opportunities within your client portfolio
- Negotiate contracts and fees with marketing and consumer insight stakeholders
Who You Are:- 8+ years of experience, ideally at an agency or market research company, in senior client-facing roles
- Experience building trusted relationships with executive marketing leaders, including CMOs and other senior budget holders, and translating complex research into clear, strategic guidance
- Proven experience leading commercial conversations and negotiating rates, contracts, and service agreements
- Significant experience developing and winning pitches and leading complex projects at enterprise clients
- Comfortable operating in the grey, with a willingness to wear multiple hats and cut through ambiguity in whatever way helps achieve the necessary outcomes
