Job Description:// WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMomentum is looking for an Account Director who is driven, a team player and leader to manage and drive growth for a group of our clients. This specific role is on the Business Leadership side of the business, leading our largest automotive account. We're looking for someone who has agency experience across integrated brand, digital and experiential. You will lead day-to-day and senior clients through Momentum's strategic, creative and production process. This role reports into the VP, Business Leadership and Growth.
// HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)- Serving as the lead of the account team within the agency for client(s) with responsibility for developing and managing client business.
- Manage and mentor direct report(s); fostering an environment of mutual respect and partnership, strategic thinking, appropriate risk-taking, open lines of communication, on-going performance feedback, professional development and adherence to agency policy.
- Developing meaningful relationships with clients and partner agencies at all levels - with a focus on Senior client partners.
- Provide category expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals ensuring that brand strategy and objectives are being met.
- Leading the development and activation of strategic solutions (sponsorship activation, event marketing, shopper commerce, integrated campaigns) which build brand equity and deliver results for the client.
- Developing and delivering compelling client and new business presentations.
- Demonstrating working knowledge of Momentum's core disciplines and being proactive in growing client business across the agency.
- Actively contributing to overall idea generation with the agency team.
- Attaining annual revenue and contribution margin targets.
- In partnership with Momentum support teams, but ultimately accountable for, building, managing and reconciling budgets.
- Researching and developing all key performance indicators and metrics

// HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6+ years related experience in marketing
- 3+ years agency experience preferred
- An entrepreneurial attitude. Pro-active thinking. Ability to drive thoughtful dialog, own a room and roll with the punches
- This Director needs to be a master tactician but a big thinker as well - both skills are necessary and required for the role
- Experience in executing experience-focused programs is preferred
- Holistic understanding of sports, entertainment and sponsorship is preferred
- Strong integrated marketing skills - understanding of how to drive strategy development through creative concepts through event/program execution
- Strong digital and social media understanding
- Successful and resourceful client leader with an ability to build relationships and business effectively
- Keen ability to identify opportunities and resolve challenges
- Previous experience guiding integrated multi-disciplinary teams to meet client goals - successful with time management and clear delegation
- Experience managing/training/mentoring more junior team members
- Experience building and managing budgets
- Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently between accounts and projects
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
