  • Write Code & Develop Tooling Requirements: Actively partner with Engineering to develop applications, scripts, and custom tooling that sit on top of current access systems to simplify access paths and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Mitigate Access Risk: Lead proactive risk-reduction initiatives. Audit, design, and enforce strict "least privilege" models to ensure users are never over-provisioned with unnecessary tools or access.
  • Program Lifecycle Management: Deliver simplified future state access management programs for the Global Extended Workforce, defining clear milestones, ownership, and technical dependencies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Engineers, Tool Owners, Cybersecurity, and Business Leadership to translate complex security standards into frictionless technical workflows, develop tooling and access policies, and educate on best practices.
  • System Automation: Exercise strong technical judgment to replace manual access-management bottlenecks with scalable, automated engineering solutions, leveraging an AI-first approach.

You have:

Focus on future state simplification by building requirements for internal access tools, processes and automation of workflows.
  • IAM Expertise: Deep technical understanding of enterprise Identity Access Management frameworks (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Google Cloud IAM, or custom frameworks).
  • Risk Management Mindset: Proven ability to proactively identify access security risks, build mitigation and contingency plans, and track risk-reduction metrics (e.g., access latency, over-provisioning remediation).
  • Technical Program Leadership: Strong capability to manage project timelines, navigate ambiguity, align conflicting priorities, and communicate complex architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We prefer:
  • Hands-on Development: Experience in writing production-grade code (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript) to build internal tools, automate workflows, and interface with REST/gRPC APIs.
  • Application Architecture: Experience designing and developing lightweight applications or automation layers that sit on top of legacy vendor systems to optimize user experiences.
  • Access Auditing & Governance: Direct experience building automated compliance or automated review workflows that detect, flag, and de-provision orphaned or unnecessary access rights.
