Job Description

The Human Resources Graduate Leadership Development Program (HR GLDP) is an accelerated opportunity to develop the vital competencies and experiences needed for a career as a Human Resources leader.

As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicants are required to be geographically flexible and mobile for the HR GLDP and post-program. Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection. Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position.

Strategic Business Impact

The HR GLDP is a two-year program set to occur between July 20, 2027 - July 2029. Participants will complete three, eight-month rotations that provide strategic direction while gaining proficiency with our diverse functional areas, including talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations and more. Learning opportunities will include: formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship, utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology, and a network of outstanding GLDP alumni. HR GLDPs are building critical HR competencies including:

Compensation

Our HR GLDP offers a starting salary of $95,000 in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, and Relocation Assistance.

What We Look For

Academic Background & Work Experience:

  • Graduate student completing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field of study between December 2026 - June 2027.


  • 1+ years work experience post-Undergraduate degree preferred - ideally gained in large, forward-thinking, global organizations. Experience in Life Sciences or STEM-related industry preferred.


Leadership Profile:

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact within teams and organizations.


  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems.


  • Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges, setbacks, or competing priorities.


  • Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset.


  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.


  • Geographic mobility and flexibility required to pursue future career opportunities in locations aligned with business needs.


  • Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and is required throughout the program and in future placements to support collaboration across businesses, functions, and locations.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $93,000.00-$96,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
