Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Hire and develop school staff including teachers and support staff

  • Evaluate and coach staff on performance and development
  • Develop student discipline policies tailored to the school's demographics
  • Manage school budget and operational functions
  • Engage with parents and the community to foster support
