Job Summary

Serves as the educational leader of an elementary school and oversees the operations of an assigned school according to the established philosophy, policies, goals and priorities of the Board of Education; ensures that the school environment is conducive to academic excellence, social development, and student well-being; the Principal will work collaboratively with staff, students, parents and the community to foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing educational environment that supports increased student learning and improved state indicator metrics.

  • Copy of Transcript (Transcript or Degree showing completion of Master's Degree or higher)
  • Credential Copy (Administrative Credential)
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must be signed and dated within the last 6 months)

• Letter of Intent/Interest;
• An up-to-date resume to include all Certificated experience;
• Three (3) Letters of Recommendation must be dated and signed, within the last 6 months pertaining to the position the applicant is applying for and at least one (1) from a current supervisor. Acceptable Signatures are: electronic document or handwritten scanned signatures (typed signatures will not be accepted);
• Proof of a valid California K-12 Administrative credential;
• Proof of Masters' degrees from an accredited university;
• Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications and provide all necessary materials on-line prior to the stated deadline in order to qualify as a candidate.
