Perform yield analysis and hold meetings of the project team to review the findings. Ensure all aspects of product manufacturing, including hardware, documentation, BOMs and costing are in place for the production release of a product.

In this critical role you will be responsible for the Photolithography processes within MACOM’s internal semiconductor fab; define and set deliverables, plan resources, and achieve desired results.

As a Product Engineer at MACOM Technology Solutions, you will be a key team member of the New Product Development Engineering team responsible for the release of a diverse portfolio of microwave semiconductor products from MHZ to 50GHz+, targeting Satcom, Communications, Test and Measurement, Aerospace and Defense, and general use applications into mass production.

Liaise between design groups and Operations including but not limited to foundry, various internal manufacturing sites, and out-sourced manufacturing partners to ensure engineering and production targets are achieved. Support and teach test technicians how to perform various written test procedures.

Define next generation products (specs, features, etc.) based on future customer needs, innovative ideas, competitive analysis, standards trends, marketing and R&D inputs, cost constraints, etc. Work closely with R&D throughout the design phase and until production release to address any definition-related topic.
