This role is a key business partner responsible for the run of the mill HR applications (employee relations, performance management, talent development, and recruiting), however the primary focus will be on developing a holistic and inclusive field operations people strategy, evaluating organizational climate, facilitating solutions and creating the most amazing manager and associate experience driving strong business results.
Design and implement new features for our flagship product line and proprietary engines on the Windows Desktop and on headless Linux servers; identify and champion strategic improvements to our platforms and processes.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of new automation tools and frameworks, standards, and guidelines; create and maintain test automation deliverables and artifacts (test plans, test cases, test results summary.
Provide architectural design and coordinate the implementation of security solutions to integrate into existing network environment; establish requirements and make recommendations on the appropriate infrastructure protection tools, methods, and technologies.
