Within this position you will be called upon to lead and manage all sales and business development activities for the division, including but not limited to personal generation (e.g. cold calling). Your energy, enthusiasm and natural ability to sell does not end here, as you explore further avenues of following up on sales development efforts of marketing and third-party resources, coordinating of client and prospect meetings, creating of business plans to support service delivery.
You will be called upon to take responsibility for strategic planning and day-to-day operations including financial, human resources, planning, marketing, regulatory compliance, information systems and risk management.
