The Director, Solutions Consulting works closely with clients in the Healthcare Enterprise markets to define, create, and present innovative solutions and programs for selling Edifecs healthcare software products, solutions, and services.
The Business Systems Analyst is a post-sales position that focuses on individual clients, analyzing their business needs, and implementing Edifecs' solutions purchased by that client. The Business Systems Analyst will generally be involved in requirements analysis and definition, functional specification creation, end user training and providing guidance on process re-engineering during implementation of Edifecs' products at client sites.
The Senior Business Manager - Healthcare IT - oversees the full project management life cycle and software development life cycle for the implementation of highly complex, large-scale, strategic Product and business initiatives, which span across multiple orgs.
Manage complex sales cycles, and direct all aspects of a sales process from initial discovery through contract negotiations and closure. Work closely with client services and product teams to determine customer service requirements and identify new product development opportunities.
Defines project plans for implementation team; provides budgetary estimates for new implementation contracts, tracking budget and time/effort costs across all assigned projects; maintains project status and periodic status reports to customers.
Participate in the development of the business and technical strategy including RFI/RFP responses, sizing and architecture outlines. Communicate competitive solution/product differentiators to customer and the sales team.
Assist development team with performance analysis and testing during release cycles for service packs, hot fixes etc. Provide technical support to enterprise clients related to technical and operational aspects of the products.
The Senior Director, Product Marketing is responsible for creating sales ennoblement tools/collateral and messaging for current and future products, and requires working closely with customers, partners, product management, engineering and sales.
The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing mappings and transformations of transactions from/to different clinical, administrative, financial, as well as custom standards and formats.
Define goals based on efforts and discussions you initiate, on the basis of high level executive direction. Work closely with multiple stakeholders including Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Technical Writing etc.
Provides expert advice to the organization regarding long-range, strategic goals concerning network and systems for the organization. Develops and recommends network/infrastructure enhancements for data and systems.
Develop and execute industry marketing programs for vertical industries, alliance partners and trade organizations. Work with product marketing, field sales and consulting services and channels to launch GTM marketing plans for partner enablement.
