This position is responsible for engaging and consulting with customers and sales people to gather customer requirements. Create and maintain relationships with key personnel at customer sites during pre-sales and post-sales phases to ensure successful implementation of Edifecs technology.

The Professional Services Lead maintains responsibility for leading software development lifecycle for implementation projects consisting of new clients and applications, and existing clients with new applications and/or modifications to existing applications
The Implementation Consultant is a post-sales position that focuses on individual clients and implementing Edifecs' solutions purchased by that client. The Implementation Consultant will generally be involved in gathering requirements, installing, configuring, and overseeing the implementation of Edifecs' products at client sites.
Provides expert advice to the organization regarding long-range, strategic goals concerning network and systems for the organization. Develops and recommends network/infrastructure enhancements for data and systems. Own the design and code for features built for specific products.
