Manage the recruiting and onboarding for campus operations staff; coordinate training and leadership with HQ leadership and ensure all team members are adequately trained and managed.
Build excitement and passion around Galvanize offerings through a variety of methods, including event marketing, blog posts, discussions, conference attendance.
Lead day-long "sprints," maintaining a strong presence in the classroom and managing other instructional staff.
Support students during class project work and pairing as necessary. Identify activities to support and enrich existing company curriculum.
Identify Member learning gaps and curate a monthly/quarterly programming strategy of entrepreneurship educational content directed at the needs of our founders, and their employees.
Utilize student feedback and experimentation to continuously improve teaching and assessment methods. Evaluate new tools, packages, and tutorials for use in the curriculum.
Manage and lead the processes for continuous improvement of the overall customer experience, as well as performance metrics, including Program Advisor productivity.
