People who prefer this ice cream flavor find love sooner than others

Having a favorite type of ice cream says more about you than you think.

Strawberry ice cream lovers are literally more likely to find love earlier than chocolate and vanilla ice cream fanatics, according to new research.

In conjunction with OnePoll, Breyers sought to discover the personality differences between American ice cream lovers. The study, which polled 2,000 Americans on the top ice cream flavors (vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate), found that strawberry ice cream lovers found love at the earliest – age 24 – a year before vanilla ice cream fans and two years before chocolate ice cream counterparts.

Strawberry ice cream lovers also enjoyed doing laundry, watching sci-fi movies, and listening to jazz, according to the poll. Vanilla ice cream fans were found to be more daring as they would side with dare in a game of “truth or dare,” while chocolate ice cream lovers would side with truth.

Vanilla ice cream fans were found to be introverts, prefer dogs over cats, and rather wash dishes over doing laundry. They also enjoy being night owls, while chocolate lovers are more extroverted, enjoy romantic comedies, and somehow like listening to pop music.
