Company values

The company has three core values:

  1. One team, one score. Team success always outweighs individual accomplishments, and we celebrate both.
  2. We give a s**t. We care intensely about what we do and who we are while maintaining humility and a sense of humor at all times.
  3. N + 1 > N. If we are not making mistakes, we’re not making progress.

Interview advice from Auth0 CEO Eugenio Pace

“We are a company of doers,” Pace said, when asked for advice he would give to someone interviewing with Auth0. “We’re not a company of big ideas and no execution. So if anything, I would put an emphasis on what you’ve done as opposed to who you are.”

While your credentials, where you studied and where you are from are all important aspects of who you are, Auth0 wants to see what you have done and what you are capable of doing in the future.

“There’s a lot of people with great ideas, but turning ideas into action, it’s a skill and it’s really hard,” Pace said. “And doing it well is really hard.”

Pace is interested in learning about past accomplishments, as well as how you think those accomplishments can be transferred into your experience inside Auth0.
