The same goes for meetings. They can really pile up, so it’s important to take control of your schedule by taking a few hours for your assignments, saying no to meetings and trying to have all meetings fall on the same day.
Ask for the money you want
Whether you actually get a raise is another story, but if you don’t ask for more money, you probably won’t get it.
