TSE is responsible for the Customer Support experience that our customers perceive. TSE will engage with Customers internal support teams to understand incidents and drive them to resolution, leveraging a top-notch Engineering team when needed.
Design and implement an architecture for distributing a graph, with a special focus on data replication, propagation and the CAP theorem challenges; contribute to a production-ready reference implementation of NGAC (Next Generation Access Control).
Excellent understanding of networking protocols, concepts, consistency properties of distributed systems, techniques to identify and reconcile configuration drifts.
Optimize HTTP requests, balancing reuse vs usability, reducing wasted re-renders, smaller code bundles, faster CI/CD pipelines, maximizing automated testing, and effective support tooling are our daily focus, that drives us to design and code great user experiences.
Collaborate closely with product management, UX, and cross-functional teams to design and implement public APIs that will be used to configure all the aspects of a service mesh: networking, security, and observability.
