We are seeking a Wind Operations Plant Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our wind energy facilities in Western Maine. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong electrical and mechanical skills and experience in wind energy operations.

Perform daily cash reconciliations and bank account reconciliations, including managing daily positive pay transactions. Assist the Controller with General Ledger (G/L) account reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

The ideal candidate has experience in QA/QC programs, regulatory compliance, inspections, and process improvement within marine construction, dredging, or heavy civil infrastructure projects. This role requires extensive travel, fieldwork in various environmental conditions, and a strong commitment to safety and quality excellence.

This individual will lead all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, team management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in heavy civil marine construction, environmental dredging, and infrastructure projects along the Eastern Seaboard and Caribbean.
