Full Job Description
Applied Materials is seeking a Leader with extensive experience driving integrated process uniformity and robustness improvements including rapid defect density reduction . The candidate should have demonstrated a track record of successful process enhancements that deliver significant gains in systematic and random defect density reduction as well as improvements in integrated process variations from development to high volume manufacturing. This role will lead investigations and root-cause analysis of complex failure mode signals from both inline and EOL and associated process enhancement and defect density reduction opportunities. The ideal candidate should have an exceptional capability to identify and characterize diverse failure modes while leading collaborative, cross-functional teams spanning SPG Business Units and IPC to drive rapid, robust solutions through process and equipment enhancements. The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning to accelerate process and equipment enhancement solutions in close partnership with SPG BUs, the Technology Solutions Group, IPC, and customers. Operating across multiple disciplines, this leader will translate executive vision into clear roadmaps, measurable milestones, and disciplined execution. Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 25% of the Time Relocation Eligible: Yes The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
