Full Job Description

Job Purpose

Drive revenue growth through full-service account management. May be assigned to special market segments. Manages assigned accounts with annual revenue potential ranging from $250,000 to $1 million.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned accounts, territory, or market segments through targeted sales calls, participation in local sales organizations and trade shows, and promotion of the brand to customers and members.
  • Manage assigned accounts and preferred partner relationships by analyzing client needs, developing strategic solutions, and measuring customer and member engagement.
  • Generate new business opportunities by establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective accounts.
  • Retain existing accounts by researching and resolving customer concerns and recommending enhancements to products and services.
  • Ensure client and member satisfaction by fostering positive, long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall business objectives.
  • Meet sales administration requirements by preparing reports on sales performance, market conditions, and key account metrics.

Experience & Education

  • Three to five years of group sales experience in the hospitality industry required; multi-property or above-property experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Salesforce and Cvent experience required.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and sales strategy development skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and establish effective sales processes in evolving business environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of competitive landscapes and industry trends.

Work Schedule/Location

  • You must reside in Arizona for this role.
  • This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at our Global Operations Center, with the option to work remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  This hybrid model fosters intentional collaboration, teamwork, connection, and productivity, while still providing flexibility and work life balance.  The office address is 20400 N 29th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85027.

Travel

  • Ability to travel up to 40% of working time - territory covers Western United States.
