About the job you're considering

We are seeking a Worksoft Automation Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise test automation solutions using the Worksoft platform. This role is responsible for defining automation strategy, architecting scalable automation frameworks, and driving end-to-end business process validation across complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted automation leader, capable of designing automated business process workflows and clearly demonstrating how automated testing supports complete end-to-end test execution cycles, business validation, and quality assurance objectives.

Your role

  • Define and drive the enterprise automation strategy using the Worksoft platform across multiple applications and business processes.
  • Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation solutions that support complex end-to-end business process validation.
  • Lead automation framework design, standards, governance, and best practices to improve test efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, testing teams, developers, and program leadership to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and optimize Worksoft Certify automation assets for ERP, CRM, and other enterprise business applications.
  • Demonstrate and explain complete end-to-end automated test execution processes, including test design, execution, reporting, and defect management.
  • Mentor automation engineers and QA teams on Worksoft capabilities, automation architecture, implementation approaches, and operational best practices.


Your skills and experience

  • 10+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience, with strong expertise in enterprise test automation.
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing automation solutions using Worksoft Certify in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business process testing and automation across integrated enterprise systems.
  • Experience designing automation frameworks, reusable components, execution strategies, and automation governance models.
  • Ability to explain, present, and demonstrate complete automation lifecycles from test creation through execution, reporting, and maintenance.
  • Experience working with ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other complex enterprise platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to influence quality and automation strategy at senior leadership levels.


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $73,150 - $174,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
