About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, people-focused Workplace Services Manager to lead facilities operations and employee experience for our North America offices. You will work from our Seattle corporate headquarters and report to the Krakow-based Senior Workplace Manager.

You will lead teams and vendors to reliably deliver, high-quality workplaces and related services, creating an experience Remitlians don't want to miss. You will ensure safe, secure, and empowering environments while applying global standards with thoughtful local execution.

You Will:

  • Develop and support workplace staff both locally and remotely.

  • Provide multiple locations with high-standard operations and services.

  • Manage full vendor lifecycle, including selection, onboarding, performance management, and contract oversight.

  • Improve financial performance, through budget control, cost reduction and efficiency.

  • Champion health, safety, and security to ensure all sites meet all related standards and regulations, serving as a primary planner and escalation point.

  • Set the tone and accountability for a welcoming, engaging and responsive workplace experience for local and visiting Remitlians.

  • Collaborate across the company with partner teams such as IT, HR, Recruiting, Finance, Accounting, and senior leadership to deliver shared goals.

  • Partner with the Global Real Estate team on space planning, office moves, reconfigurations, renovations, and fit-out projects.

  • Work with IT and HR to provide a seamless onboarding experience for employees.

You Have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 years' experience in facilities or workplace services management, with a track record in a corporate office environment.

  • 3 years' experience leading multi-site operations, with demonstrated ability to manage teams and standards across geographically distributed locations.

  • 3 years' experience managing service vendors and commercial facility providers, including contract negotiation and service-level performance management.

  • 3 years' of project management experience, delivering medium-to-large projects such as office fit-outs, relocations, or reconfigurations.

  • Operational knowledge of building systems, workplace operations, maintenance practices, and compliance requirements for office health, safety, and security.

  • Experience managing budgets and reporting financial and operational performance.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $108,000 - $135,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
