About the Role:

Crusoe is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workplace Manager to deliver exceptional workplace experiences in our Arvada office, supporting Crusoe Industries.

This role is critical to maintaining a welcoming, high-functioning, and professional environment for employees and visitors. You will play a key role in shaping the day-to-day workplace experience, ensuring operations run smoothly while contributing to a positive, engaging, and productive culture.

You will partner closely with the Senior Workplace Manager and Office Administrator on core workplace initiatives, including office operations, employee engagement, and event execution. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is energized by creating great experiences for others.

The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of experience in workplace coordination or operations, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering a high-quality employee experience.

This is an in-office role based in Arvada, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • Office Operations: Ensure the office is consistently clean, organized, well-stocked, and fully functional through regular walkthroughs and proactive issue resolution.
  • Event Support: Support the planning and execution of workplace events, including logistics, vendor coordination, setup, and teardown.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement: Help deliver a positive, inclusive workplace by supporting engagement initiatives, team events, and day-to-day employee needs.
  • Onboarding & Office Logistics: Prepare workspaces and coordinate logistics for new hires and visiting employees to ensure a seamless experience from day one.
  • Workplace Enhancements: Contribute to continuous improvements across the office, helping create a dynamic environment that reflects Crusoe's culture and values.
  • Office Projects & Space Updates: Support internal office changes such as furniture updates, reconfigurations, and small-scale remodels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to gather feedback, identify gaps, and implement improvements to the workplace experience.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage day-to-day relationships with workplace vendors, ensuring consistent service quality and supporting employee-facing programs.


What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Relevant Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in workplace coordination, office operations, or similar roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operational Execution: Strong ability to manage daily office operations with consistency, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Organization & Prioritization: Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable shifting between tasks as needs evolve.
  • Collaboration: Effective communicator who works well across teams and builds strong working relationships.
  • Logistics & Coordination: Experience managing logistics, maintaining organized spaces, and ensuring a safe, functional workplace.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative and improve processes.
  • Employee Experience Mindset: Genuine interest in creating a workplace where employees feel supported, engaged, and excited to be onsite.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $82,000 - $100,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
