About the Role

As a Workplace Coordinator in our San Francisco office, you will partner with Workplace Operations to manage day-to-day office operations and create an environment where employees can thrive. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and brings strong problem-solving skills to everything they do. This position is based in our San Francisco office five days per week and is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Employee Support
  • Assist with welcoming and onboarding new hires
  • Provide on-site support and serve as a first point of contact for employee questions
  • Assist the Workplace team with day-to-day activities as directed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through Gmail, Slack, and our Support Portal - for both in-office employees and remote employees
  • Gather and relay employee feedback on the workplace to help drive continuous improvement
  • Manage the swag program
  • Cover the reception desk as needed

Facilities & Office Maintenance
  • Handle incoming mail and package processing
  • Initiate maintenance and repair calls to keep the office running efficiently
  • Liaise with janitorial team to maintain office organization and cleanliness
  • Serve as a liaison to building management regarding facilities issues
  • Coordinate badge and key fob distribution and access
  • Oversee guest access procedures
  • Serve as an emergency warden
  • Maintain first aid supplies and ensure health and safety standards are met

Food, Beverage & Events
  • Assist with the Food & Beverage program
  • Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure the snack and beverage program runs smoothly with our third-party vendor
  • Assist with planning and executing internal events, both in-office and offsite, including team meetings, offsites, and employee celebrations
  • Partner on logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support for all internal events
Requirements

  • This position is in-office five days per week
  • Previous experience in office management, facilities, or hospitality preferred
Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $100-140K + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
