This position integrates business collaboration, location strategy, and workplace expertise to make sure workplace investments correspond with shifting business priorities and upcoming ways of working. The Workplace Business Partner is tasked with formulating strategic recommendations, promoting agreement among partners, and representing business priorities during workplace planning, governance, and implementation efforts. • Build strategic recommendations for a workforce-informed location strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop strategic recommendations, and executive presentations for leadership review and approval.
3. Strategic Program Leadership
  • Sponsor and guide workplace initiatives from strategy development through implementation partnering with GSO, GWE, and GWD to ensure business objectives are represented.
  • Partner with functional experts across WSSO who own analytics, planning processes, programs, project delivery, and operations to develop aligned recommendations and drive successful outcomes.
  • Provide business intelligence, workforce planning inputs, collaborator alignment, and strategic recommendations that inform governance and approval processes, including the Global Workplace Approval Committee (GWAC).
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts associated with workplace decisions.
  • Represent designated business units in prioritizing workplace investments among competing organizational demands.
4. Change Management & Collaborator Engagement
  • Lead collaborator engagement efforts related to work location strategy initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Site Operation teams to communicate recommendations, rationale, and encouraged outcomes to business leaders and partners.
