Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Software Consultant to join our team with deep expertise in Workforce Software (WFS), with a strong background in system configuration, integrations, and time management processes. This role involves designing, configuring, and supporting complex workforce management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems like SAP and SuccessFactors (SF).
You will work closely with stakeholders across global teams to deliver scalable and efficient workforce solutions while ensuring alignment with business and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, including policies, accruals, exceptions, premiums, TCP, roles, and system settings.
  • Independently manage system configurations using Policy Editor and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Design, implement, and support complex integrations: WFS 12 SAP and SuccessFactors (SF) 12 WFS
  • Analyze global time management requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Apply advanced expertise in Workforce Formula Language for business rule development and customization.
  • Manage HR imports and Payroll exports, ensuring accurate data flow and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug system issues using Workforce debugging tools.
  • Develop and maintain reports, leveraging strong SQL query skills and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper system flow and data exchange.
  • Support system architecture involving SF and SAP environments.
  • Provide guidance on workforce system inflow/outflow processes (experience with MuleSoft is a plus).
  • Ensure high-quality documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.


Skills and Experience

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workforce Software


  • Certifications:
    • Configuration Specialist Certification (PT102)
    • Interface Certification (PT103)
    • Report Specialist Certification


  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong expertise in Workforce Formula Language
    • Hands-on experience with:
      • Accruals, Exceptions, Premiums
      • Roles and TCP configuration
      • Workforce system settings and policy management
      • Deep understanding of time management and HCM processes
      • Proven experience in complex system integrations (WFS, SAP, SF)
      • Knowledge of SQL queries and reporting tools
      • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills within Workforce systems


  • Additional Preferred Skills:
    • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC)
    • Experience with Leave of Absence (LOA) setup in EC
    • Familiarity with MuleSoft integration frameworks
    • Understanding of workforce data flow and system architecture


  • Soft Skills:

Work Environment

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70,751 - $165,984 CAD.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
