Full Job Description
The Workforce Partnership Director is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with local and/or regionally based employers, associations, and organizations that will lead to increased student growth & brand awareness within those accounts. The Workforce Partnership Director will identify future growth opportunities and key organizations that fit within the Northbridge University model within their region. Additionally, the Workforce Partnership Director will represent NU at various in-person and virtual events. The position reports to the VP of Strategic Business Development and Career Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with local, regional, and national employers and organizations; build and execute account strategies.
  • Build relationships with executive-level decision-makers to identify workforce needs and develop customized education, training, and partnership solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between external partners and internal departments/campuses, maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Increase Northbridge University's visibility, brand awareness, and quality student lead generation within the assigned market.
  • Represent Northbridge at employer and community events, conferences, education fairs, and webinars.
  • Build relationships with community and workforce organizations; recommend sponsorships and partnerships aligned with institutional objectives.
  • Supervise the Outreach Admissions Representative to achieve leads-to-enrollment and enrollment-to-start conversion goals.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in higher education, workforce solutions, corporate education, or a related service environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnership management, strategic selling, program coordination, and project management.
  • Bilingual Spanish required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and CRM systems.
  • Up to 60% regional travel; must reside in Florida with a dedicated home workspace and reliable internet.
