As part of the Workforce Consulting team you will leverage your knowledge in workforce management to guide clients through transformative practices and technology implementations. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain elevated standards while focusing on building meaningful client relationships and enhancing your understanding of diverse business contexts. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- In lieu of a degree, Individuals may be considered if they havedemonstratedthree years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience involving workforce management technology consulting and/or implementations for each missing year of college in addition to the 3 years of experiencerequired.
What Sets You Apart
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (SHRM - Certified Professional) certifications preferred
- Leveraging broad workforce management knowledge

Travel Requirements
Up to 60%Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
