  • Oversee integrations involving payroll, benefits, recruiting, identity management, finance, timekeeping, banking, tax, compliance, vendors, and other systems within the approved implementation scope.
  • Coordinate with IT and Security to establish authentication, authorization, encryption, service accounts, certificates, network requirements, and access controls.
  • Ensure integration designs protect employee and company data and comply with applicable privacy, security, and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Develop or review technical design documents, interface specifications, configuration documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and system diagrams.
  • Maintain the integration inventory, technical dependency map, issue log, defect log, and deployment schedule.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for integration failures, performance issues, data discrepancies, and security concerns.
  • Establish monitoring, alerting, error notification, retry, reconciliation, and operational support requirements.
  • Support tenant management, migration planning, release management, environment coordination, and deployment controls.
  • Partner with the Functional Consultant and business teams on data conversion, validation, testing, and reconciliation.
  • Develop and execute technical test plans covering unit testing, system integration testing, end-to-end testing, volume testing, regression testing, and failure scenarios.
  • Confirm integrations are included in cutover plans and operational readiness reviews.
  • Review implementation partner deliverables for quality, completeness, supportability, and alignment with contractual scope.
  • Identify integration-related risks, capacity constraints, vendor dependencies, and scope gaps and escalate them promptly.
  • Establish clear ownership and support procedures for each integration before go-live.
