The Opportunity

As part of the Workday Human Capital team you are expected to refine HR policies and practices while transforming the HR organization to effectively manage human capital. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while navigating ambiguity to deliver quality solutions. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand while working on multiple projects and initiatives.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 4 years of Workday product experience

- Workday Pro certification(s)

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Organizational Management, Human Resources Management preferred

- Certification(s) preferred in: Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Recruiting, Data Loading/Conversions and/or Engagement Manager

- Streamlining HR policies and practices for effectiveness

- Aligning HR and people strategies with business strategies

- Configuring Workday HCM Recruiting module and processes

- Providing industry knowledge in HCM Talent Acquisition

- Working effectively across teams and projects

- Creating an atmosphere of trust and encouraging innovation

- Demonstrating thorough abilities as an individual contributor and team member

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
