Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in requirements analysis and functional specification development
• Must have experience with Time Tracking and Absence management
• 1-3 years of experience managing project workstreams independently
• Creative problem-solving ability with strong critical thinking skills
• Strong analytical and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating results and issues
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements

Responsibilities
