Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, and user interface
• Must have experience with Time Tracking and Absence management
• 1-3 years of experience managing project workstreams independently
• Creative problem-solving ability with strong critical thinking skills
• Possess strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating results and issues
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client interactions

Responsibilities
