Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• At least 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, ideally in a lead role.
• Minimum 3 years of HCM functional experience required.
• A minimum of 3 years working on Workday implementations is essential.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is mandatory; if using an Associate's Degree, 6 years of work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams to capture business requirements and design functional processes.
• Formulate strategies for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Architect client proposals and statements of work.
• Oversee vendor relationships effectively.
• Lead educational workshops for clients.
• Manage resources and budget within client projects.
• Act as the escalation point for resolving critical functional issues.
• Provide expertise to support decision-making on functional solutions.
• Mentor and manage project staff performance metrics.
• Conduct sessions with clients to analyze business requirements.
• Ensure cohesion among Workday HCM work streams and consider cross-functional impacts.
• Advise on industry standards and leading practices in Workday applications.
• Keep the Delivery Lead updated on project status effectively.
• Promote the use of Workday best practices among clients.
• Encourage innovation in creating new methods and assets.
