Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Center Solution Specialist on the team, you will:
  • Provide Application Management Services (AMS) support for Workday Integrations and Reporting, including monitoring, triage, and resolution of production issues
  • Perform root-cause analysis for integration/reporting defects by implementing fixes, coordinating with Workday and third-party vendors as needed, and driving problems to permanent resolution
  • Support and enhance integration interfaces (e.g., EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs) including scheduling, error handling, retries, and ongoing performance/reliability improvements
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports to ensure data accuracy, security compliance, and stakeholder usability
  • Execute release management activities and validate integrations/reports across environments
  • Manage access and data security impacts for reports and integrations, ensuring least-privilege and audit-ready documentation
  • Maintain operational documentation and communicate status, risks, and recommendations to business and IT stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Workday integrations and/or reporting
  • 1+ year(s) of post-implementation support experience for Workday integrations and/or reporting
  • Actively Workday Pro Integrations and/or Reporting certified
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
    • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
    • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
    • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
    • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
