Full Job Description
As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join our US Wholesale team in New York.

Sitting at the center of our wholesale business, you'll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across order management, account support, inventory visibility and customer experience. You'll partner closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics and HQ teams to keep things running smoothly, support revenue delivery and ensure our wholesale partners receive a premium experience at every touchpoint.

Reporting to the VP Sales, you'll be a trusted operational partner to the US Wholesale team, maintaining data integrity, supporting key accounts, coordinating seasonal markets and helping drive the continued growth of the Ksubi wholesale business.
What You'll Do
  • Own the day-to-day operational support of the US and Canada wholesale business, ensuring orders, allocations and account requests are managed accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as a key point of contact for wholesale partners, coordinating with Sales, Finance and Logistics teams to resolve inquiries and deliver a premium customer experience.
  • Manage order processing, reporting, returns, credits and account maintenance across key wholesale systems including AP21 and NuORDER.
  • Support major account operations, including EDI submissions, customer portals, purchase order management and seasonal market activities.
  • Coordinate showroom readiness, trade show logistics and sales support initiatives across the wholesale calendar.
  • Maintain data integrity across wholesale platforms, ensuring accurate customer, product and inventory information.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and supporting the continued growth of the North American wholesale business.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in wholesale, sales operations, customer service or account management, ideally within fashion, retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working across multiple systems.
  • Experience with ERP, wholesale or order management platforms such as AP21, NuORDER or similar.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership and continuously improve how things are done.

Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 USD
