Full Job Description

You will own a portfolio of accounts and new business pursuits across Western Canada, leading opportunities from origination through close. You will work closely with regional leadership, delivery, solution, and alliance teams to build pipeline and convert priority wins, and you will lead a team of five Business Development Managers.

What you'll do:

  • Own sales outcomes for a defined portfolio of accounts and new logo pursuits across Western Canada

  • Contribute to the regional go-to-market plan in partnership with sales, delivery, and ecosystem partners

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles — pipeline generation, deal shaping, commercial constructs, proposals, and closing

  • Build andmaintainsenior client relationships, engaging through workshops, value-based presentations, and account reviews

  • Partner with Microsoft and ecosystem partners to co-sell, originate, and grow pipeline

  • Lead a team of five Business Development Managers, with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and performance development

  • Support and mentor sales colleagues, solution architects, and pursuit teams; contribute to reusable sales assets

  • Maintainaccuratepipeline forecasting, sales reporting, and commercial discipline

  • Build market presence and brand awareness in the region through industry engagement and networking

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience selling managed services, outsourcing, or transformation deals

  • Experience integrating service partners and ecosystem players into commercial constructs

  • Microsoft Certifications and/or relevant industry certifications

How success is measured

Success in this role is measured by revenue growth, deal conversion, pipeline health, client satisfaction, and the development and performance of your team of five across the Western Canada portfolio.

Compensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.

In addition to base pay, this Sales Leadership role is eligible for additional incentive compensation under the Sales Achievement Bonus Plan subject to Plan terms.
